QuickQuestion is a subsidiary of Atlantis Services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Atlantis Services Terms of Service , which are incorporated by reference.

QuickQuestion (“QuickQuestion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Atlantis Services, located in Sweden.

By accessing or using QuickQuestion (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Description of the Service

QuickQuestion is an online survey platform that allows users to:

Create unlimited surveys

Create unlimited survey questions

Collect survey responses

View dashboards and analytics

Archive or lock surveys

Free accounts may receive up to 100 responses per survey.

Pro subscriptions allow unlimited responses.

We reserve the right to modify features, limits, pricing, or functionality at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. Accounts

To create surveys or submit responses while logged in, you must create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Survey Responses & Identity Disclosure

4.1 Logged-In Responses

If you submit a survey response while logged into your QuickQuestion account:

Your account identifier (including your user ID and associated profile information) will be visible to the survey owner.

Your response will be linked to your account.

If you do not want your identity shared with the survey owner, you must log out before submitting a response.

By submitting a logged-in response, you consent to this disclosure.

4.2 Anonymous Responses

If you submit a survey response without being logged in:

Your identity will not be displayed to the survey owner.

However, we may collect technical information (such as IP address) for security and abuse prevention.

5. Permanence of Responses

Survey responses:

Become immediately accessible to the survey owner upon submission

May be exported, copied, or stored by the survey owner

Cannot be edited or deleted by the respondent once submitted

Responses may only be removed if:

The survey owner deletes the response, or

The survey owner deletes the entire survey

QuickQuestion is not responsible for retaining, deleting, or modifying responses once accessed by the survey owner.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you:

Create in surveys

Submit as survey responses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Violate any applicable laws

Harass, threaten, or abuse others

Post unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content

Infringe intellectual property rights

Distribute malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

7. Data Responsibility

Survey creators are solely responsible for how they use, store, share, or process collected survey responses.

QuickQuestion provides the technical platform only and is not responsible for how survey creators use collected data.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the advertised rate.

By subscribing, you agree that:

Fees are billed in advance

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade

We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the QuickQuestion platform, including software, branding, logos, and design, remain the property of QuickQuestion.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

You violate these Terms

Your use poses legal or security risks

We choose to discontinue the service

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

Continuous availability

Error-free operation

Accuracy of collected survey data

That survey owners will handle data responsibly

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickQuestion shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Actions taken by survey creators using collected responses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
